Save time and money. These people have no customer service! The manager refused to talk directly to me, It has been 2 weeks and I have not been given a refund on merchandise that was damaged during engraving. They tried to hide the scratch and then tried to buff and oil it so I wouldn't notice on my second trip to pick up. Do not use this store. They deserve 0 stars.
