Visited this location on 1/6/23 to see if we could have something engraved. The store was completely empty and we were told that they were closing the Crabtree Mall location at the end of the day. The website for the company states that they are going through some changes.

The last thing I want to do on December 22nd is go to a mall, unfortunately, I found myself sitting in traffic outside Crabtree today dreading the thought of walking inside. Earlier this morning, I was tasked with acquiring the gifts for our management staff and considering the short time I had shopping online was not an option.
