This place is permanently closed. Drove 40 minutes to go to it but the entire store is gone.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Understaffed, poor training, and poor product outcome. They engraved two cups for me and I was extremely unhappy with the results, and they were not competed on time. They provided no refund or consolation. TERRIBLE. Go somewhere else if you want engraving done.
I have been a customer for a long time! Make sure you read the reviews on the products you choose. Sometimes the engraving is hard to read. This shop in particular needs to staff heavier during the holidays. Young lady helping me was super patient but it was obvious she was doing the job of about 4 people. I bought something from them and they got my email address so they could notify me when it was finished. That was over two years ago. I have received weekly advertisements from them in my email account. I have repeatedly requested through their system to be removed from this list. Every time I do I see this picture of a pouty woman saying we’re sorry to see you go. I will never ever buy something from this company!
