Horrible quality of engraving. The staff has really bad attitudes. I would rather pay for shipping then deal with them again. They were literally laughing about messing up my gifts infront of me and then lied to my face about what happened. If you can, order on line before you trust them with your time and money.
I was gifted some items from this place, but it has been a huge headache ever since. They forgot 1 item in the order, and messed up two other items. They sent over the missing item, and I explained how the two other items where not correct. A couple weeks later another package ends up on my door with yet again the items being incorrect. I am just cutting my losses and keeping the incorrect items because it is not worth it anymore.
0h my goodness! This store answers the age old question. What do you get the person who has everything. Saved me on my wifes bday. And the lady working there(Meg) was incredible. What a great buisness model. Very satisfied
