Very good prices and fantastic deals. Store employees very helpful and accommodating. Good experience.
So here is why I will never go to a Things Remembered again. In fairness to the current staff, this happened 12/2021. I called ahead and inquired if they engraved items other than those sold by their company. Guy on the phone says depends on what it is, fair enough. I described coffee thermoses and that I wanted numbers engraved on them if possible. Guy on the phone puts me on hold to speak to his manager, then tells me no promises but we engrave items exactly like you are describing so it shouldn't be an issue. Fair enough,... read more
