Great customer service by manager.
The employees did not acknowledge us even being there. They one worker was loud as she expressed she couldn't find things in the computer. Then the items we selected from the display were not available.

Very nice people at this location! Fast turnaround time and good work on the engraving, too. Unfortunately TR in general is still a bit overpriced if you buy items in their shop. Shop for yourself online or elsewhere and bring it all here for engraving.
