I have had countless items engraved here over the years, including items I've bought there and items I brought in. The sales people are friendly and full of great ideas for engraving and making unique gifts. Will definitely continue returning here.
Aweful engraving! Unless you want to waste days, hours and tears. I’m now on my 3x trying to get them to properly engrave my piece. It’s absolutly ridiculous. I won’t have anything for Christmas. They suggested that I present the gift with a word spelled wrong and they would fix after Christmas. Sooo embarrassing!!! I’m not presenting an heirloom quality gift with a word spelled wrong. My other piece is totally scratched by the engraving machine BTW but I’m just leaving it because at least it’s spelled right. Those other rev... read more
