Two hour wait for engraving, which can be understandable given it's the it's the holiday season. However, after two hours and 25 minutes I was notified, only because I went to pick up, (after stopping in once to check on progress) they didn't have the item I wanted and had already paid for. Why I wasnt told this from the beginning or when I went to check on progress is ridiculous. Not to mention the whole three hours we were in and around the store they only have one person working.
