Sterling silver bracelet SKU 347442 with inlay heart outcompeted Tiffany’s similar style. Husband said smaller links, more elegant & clean looking. Tiffany’s with heavier chain better suited for beagle dog! Heart too small for engraving, maybe just initials.
Friendly service, current ladies are nice and professional. Lots of sales, with recent second item 75% off. Didn’t know they used a laser for engraving!
I called to ask about a watch engraving today. at first, daniela was cheery and pleasant. then she interrupted me at least 4 times. I didn't get a full sentence out the whole phone call. when I finally told her my situation, she said "I need to see the watch. I need to see it. period." "period"???? really? after you interrupted me repeatedly? how rude can you be? I work retail/customer service and I have never nor will I ever be so rude. I will not be coming to the manassas location for my business.
