Chicken sausage is a joke. Tastes like someone cut the finger off of a latex glove and stuffed it with shredded cardboard.

this is delicious and guilt free...i have tried the spinach and sun dried tomato and the buffalo chicken ones. The make a great side for eggs or a good sandwich

I am not on a diet, but I love the Italian chicken sausage. My dog Sophia is a weiner dog and she loves regular full fat, full sodium Italian sausage, but I know they are horrible for her to eat too much of. Also, the grizzly texture of regular sausage is gross. I tried the thin n trim brand of sausage with my dog, and we both loved both the texture and flavor. I was afraid the texture would be weird, but they were great. Tried other lower fat sausage with no good results. Now, I can't wait to try the buffalo chicken flavor ... read more
