Hah!!! Those last 2 5-star reviews were done by people who are friends with the Kreches! (The owners of T&H)! I just met Donna and she's this very arrogant, dismissive and too prideful of a person. Essentially ignore's when you have a complaint. Like anoher indivdual said here, this program just didn't click for me. Yes, it may work at first, but any diet that restrictive with a minimal support team will yield some results. (What about afterwards when you leave? Silence from T&H!)
