Top notch I had a heater issue that no one could figure out on a late model toy hauler. My heater was rolling coal from the exhaust like an over fueled diesel truck. The manufacturer was at a loss never corrected it another guy replaced the entire furnace. Thilo diagnosed it and repaired it with one part. It was built with the wrong exhaust gig so it was for lack of a better word running rich. He also fixed a real goofy wiring issue on my little class c probably preventing a melt down. Thilo did a couple repairs on my ‘05 Southwind several years back. Fair pricing, great service! As I currently prep my coach for sale, I will refer him to the new owner for future service/repairs!
5 stars for being helpful! My issue was unique and not something he could help with, but Thilo answered the phone (so rare these days), gave great advice, and was just a great, helpful guy. If you need RV coach work, this is the guy I would call.
