If I could give zero stars, I would! I scheduled my first, new patient appointment about 10 days out. I arrived early, filled out my paperwork and waited in the patient room for one hour and the Dr. was still no where in sight. When I asked the front desk staff how much longer I had to wait, I was informed that the Dr. wasn't even in the office and was not answering their calls so they had no clue when she'd arrive, if at all. I love dr. Thili because she's worth the wait . She's probably what doctors used to be like: thorough and meticulous with a holistic and professional approach to any and all of ones health issues. She asks questions, listens, and asks if you have questions. Her office is no frills but that doesn't matter. Her knowledge and professional attention to my health has always been impressive and more comforting than many rushed, phony sounding doctors I've seen in more luxurious clinics.
Best doctor! Been seeing her for over 15 years. Yes you do have to wait a while when you see her but its only because she wants to go over everything,she takes her time because she cares. My kids saw her as babies and stayed as adults. My daughter loves her. Hugs Dr thili when she goes in for an appt and she's 21 yrs old.
Avoid this Doctor, you cant get test results unless you have no life and can sit around all day waiting for someone to see you. Certain people at this clinic are rude and have no people skills. Terrible waste of time, with no follow up
Avoid this doctor Her clinic charges extra 10% for pay with credit card, ridiculous!! And if you move to another doctor, she charges you $100 to transfer your information!!! Most Horrible doctor i have ever seen!
She is very impolite and the office people they easily loose you files and change your appointment. very unprofessional. The worse office I have visit it. She shows up late with no excuse.
