I sent an email inquiry to the firm pertaining to a lot closing and they responded immediately with the number to contact. I called that number and was put on hold for 6 minutes. I hung up and redialed and was put on hold again for another 4 minutes before an administrative assistant came on the line. He indicated he would send an email right out. I called again the next day and after a 2 minute hold the secretary took a message. Day 2 and no contact. Off to another attorney.
