Chris Pennewell was my Thigpen service tech this afternoon. I don't usually write reviews, but he is worthy of a fantastic rating. He showed up on time ( actually early), diagnosed my problem within the first 5-10 minutes and repaired my HVAC in the time promised. He explained everything thoroughly ( including the fees) and was not put off by all of my questions and lack of knowledge. In fact, he was very patient and professional. RecommendedThese guys are beyond amazing. I live in a tiny GA town 2 miles across the FL GA line and nobody would come fix my air and it broke on a Saturday I called 40 places when I finally got blessed because none of the places in Macclenny the FL town beside me would come 6 miles to me but all the way in Jacksonville already with a full day Glenn came to me at 10 at night after what would have been his final job of the day and fixed my air in less than an hour and did not cost much at all. Thigpen heating and cooling has been amazing to me and my family! Glen always does an amazing job! We just bought two new units from them and have had no issues! And when we need something they are always understanding and get someone out to us as quick as possible!
I have been using Thigpen for years and the service has always been top notch. Recently on a very hot day I called the emergency line and right away the technician called me back (impressive how fast!) He was at my house at the time he said he would be and fixed my unit without leaving any mess behind. I would definitely recommend Thigpen. Professional and quality service.
