I took my sister and waited over 3 hours and they never got to us so we walked out. They never acknowledged us. Bad customer service and what does that tell me about the doctor

Best Dr. In the Valley
Dr. Diagne is such a great OB. He made me feel safe through out my whole pregnancy and throughout my delivery. He is very attentive. I love that he was there the whole time while I was at the hospital which is what made me feel safe. He delivered my healthy baby boy this month and I will go back to him always for any future pregnancies.
I am sad. I called to schedule my first prenatal appt and he's not taking pregnancies at the moment. I need to find another ob
