Poor and horrible service. Dr. Diagne does not know anything, is highly unprofessional, rude, and lacks bedside manners, so I would look other places.
Horrible service by Wenthia Ford, she is always trying to tell you to go back another day and makes you feel so uncomfortable rushing you and minimizing cancer patients. I have cancer family members and I was told that they cannot do any testing on me because I won't need it because I'm to young knowing I have several lumps on my breast and the keep growing based on my imaging results. tuve a mi bebe en el hospital de mcallen, me lo asignaron de doctor, me diagnostico mal, me decia que mi bebe era prematuro y yo ya tenia 39 semanas y estaba en trabajo de parto, lo cual el nego y me mando a mi casa, ese mismo dia en la noche me alivie, me cosio sin anestecia, no estuvo en el parto y todavia aun asi que el ni estuvo me estaba cobrando la cantidad de 4000 dollar y diciendo que utilizo forseps, cuando yo me alivie en urgencias, con enfermeros y no ocupe nada pesimo, no lo recomiendo
Nurses and doctors are completely unprofessional. Office personnel is friendly but hard to lock down appointments. Not worth the hassle and recommended looking for different doctor.
