Amazing doctor
Great practice, great doctor.
Very bad service, DO NOT COME HERE.
Dr Stephen Nguyen is super nice. However, I just talked to office manager to switch my prescriptions to Costco. He told that I should call Safeway and have them switch to Costco. I told him Doctor usually asked where I want to send prescriptions when I want them filled. He then said that I was making him make the calls that I should be doing. Dr. Nguyen is nice but every time we come here, it takes 1.5-2 hours to see him when we have an appointment. There’s always a full waiting room and annoyed people who showed up on time for an appointment that is late anyway. I think the scheduling needs to be better paced because it’s not really “running behind” if you’re always behind.
