Never helpful. We purchased a warranty with our vehicle 1.5 years ago, and have yet to receive the warranty packet detailing exactly what is covered by our warranty. When I asked finance to send a copy out, they were not only frustrated that I didn't want to pick it up, but they only sent me a copy of the signature page that I signed to purchase the warranty.
