Dr. Thiele and staff are always phenomenal. They go above and beyond to ensure their patients are taken care of.
The receptionist is dishonest. She told me my insurance didn't cover my procedure when in truth it was that their office just doesn't accept my insurance. Dr. Thiele didn't give me enough medicine during the procedure and when she was drilling she hit an extremely sensitive spot. She doesn't like to give meds during procedures, but what happens if you jump when she hits a nerve? There's no telling where that drill is going to go.
