Thanks to Thiel Heating and Cooling for stellar servicing on a very sick HVAC unit. These guys are experts. We could not have found more knowledgeable, professional, personable, prompt, respectful, trustworthy folks that not only care about their work product, but care about us as people. We had an issue at our business location. We called Thiel and he happened to be nearly us so he came by within 30 minutes to see what our problem was. He quickly assessed the the problem and gave us a solution and price within minutes. He ordered needed materials and the next week had our issues fixed. I would give 10 stars of I could. His team was friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommended 💯
