Unhappy with the service department, had a problem with my Ford F-150 pickup on my way out of town, so I stopped to have it checked out, they changed me $124 dollars to check for codes and they found none , I went to my mechanic and he found several codes and he didn't charge me a arm and a leg , I've been going to Ford dealership in TRF for years now I'm done.
Thief River Ford and Aaron Riesen were fantastic. They were courteous, efficient and accommodating. They made a sometime long and tedious process enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Aaron to anyone that was considering a vehicle purchase.
I received prompt and professional service. Service department was familiar with my vehicles issue, had the parts on hand and took care of the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Thief River Ford is a pleasure to deal with and I have and will continue to recommend them to friends. Curt nelson Fosston.
