I found Thickson Animal Hospital while searching online through local veterinary reviews, and I am incredibly grateful that I did. They made a false report saying that my husband and my dog left (Rowdy) because my husband said his eyes were getting better. No he did not. Your workers told my husband. They are not going to be seen since they are not priority since he only came in for eye problems!! You think we are okay going home knowing our fur baby is in pain and barely open his eyes and has so much redness all over!! Businesses that make false report like this, shouldn’t even run a hospital for pets or people!!!
We have gone to Thickson Rd for years with multiple family dogs, but this months experience is why I felt the need to leave a review. Our 12 year old dog had gotten sick over a weekend and we had an awful experience at another vet, it felt like all they had wanted was money. Something told me to wait and send everything over to Thickson Rd who we trusted to go over on the Monday. Friendly staff and doctors! They made the whole experience really comfortable. I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell extra services or products. Everything felt honest and straightforward. Very professional and helpful, and you genuinely feel supported when you’re there. Highly recommend!
