We have gone to Thickson Rd for years with multiple family dogs, but this months experience is why I felt the need to leave a review. Our 12 year old dog had gotten sick over a weekend and we had an awful experience at another vet, it felt like all they had wanted was money. Something told me to wait and send everything over to Thickson Rd who we trusted to go over on the Monday. Friendly staff and doctors! They made the whole experience really comfortable. I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell extra services or products. Everything felt honest and straightforward. Very professional and helpful, and you genuinely feel supported when you’re there. Highly recommend!
tl;dr - The best clinic with the best vets & staff! If they're taking in new patients, GO HERE!! High quality care, worth every penny! 🐕❤️ Long version: This 5-star review is long overdue considering I've been taking my dog there for 5+ years, and have yet to have a single bad experience. My dog pulls ME across the parking lot to come into the clinic because everyone who works there is so amazing (I don't know which other dog loves going to the vet 🤷🏽♂️). Honest team of veterinarians with integrity, knowledge & compassion. So happy I found them!
All of the staff here are so lovely. They always take the time to answer my questions, provide ample reassurance, and different treatment options to explore. They also show my dog so much care at every visit. As a first time pet owner I couldn’t ask for a better vet.
