tl;dr - The best clinic with the best vets & staff! If they're taking in new patients, GO HERE!! High quality care, worth every penny! 🐕❤️ Long version: This 5-star review is long overdue considering I've been taking my dog there for 5+ years, and have yet to have a single bad experience. My dog pulls ME across the parking lot to come into the clinic because everyone who works there is so amazing (I don't know which other dog loves going to the vet 🤷🏽♂️). All of the staff here are so lovely. They always take the time to answer my questions, provide ample reassurance, and different treatment options to explore. They also show my dog so much care at every visit. As a first time pet owner I couldn’t ask for a better vet.
We came across Thickson Road Pet Hospital through online research and positive reviews. After taking our pup to another vet and not being satisfied, I can say the service and care here was night and day! All the staff were beyond friendly and welcoming.
