Rude, Unfriendly, and disappointing. I guess I should elaborate since the shop wants to claim that since this was my "first" tattoo and a busy night that the artist didn't have time to connect or to be friendly to me. Details. my number was called just for me to be told that I need to wait (why call my number then?) so my artist (LIZ) could finish her sandwich. I got called over and walked to the table. I had a very positive experience here. the atmosphere is professional and welcoming. I got more than just a tattoo here. I got a memory that will last a life time. I feel more confident about the way I look. my body was changed forever, when I lost my arm and part of my leg in a car wreck. now I have a beautiful tattoo over my chest and residual limb. My sister had a really special moment getting an old, regrettable tattoo covered up by Mike Pinto. She was in a car accident 2 years ago and had her arm amputated in addition to crush injuries, broken bones and damaged organs. Long story- but the point is... can you imagine the loss of an arm, and seeing that every day with a tattoo there on your chest that you’ve never liked?
