This one star is for the emergency room. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. We were the only patients there. My daughter was running a high fever and vomiting. Cant eat cant drink, constantly vomiting. Shes was very lethargic, after 2 hours they finally gave her Motrin. Finally after 4 hours we get discharged stating nothing is wrong with her. My daughter is ONE. only did vitals 2 times. No iv fluids to help her, nothing at all. This was my last straw with the EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT. If I could give ZERO stars trust me I wou... read more
Brought my girlfriend here twice in a span of 3 days. They take tests and that’s about it. Spent 3-4 hours in the waiting area waiting for results that never came. I’d recommend just calling 911 if your in serious pain
Thibodaux Regional is a joke! This is so sad
NP Serneka Stevenson at Thibodaux Regional Hospital is truly outstanding. She is professional, compassionate, and takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Her knowledge and bedside manner made a stressful situation much more comfortable. Thibodaux Regional is lucky to have her—I highly recommend NP Stevenson to anyone seeking excellent care.
