Thibodaux Regional is a joke! This is so sad
NP Serneka Stevenson at Thibodaux Regional Hospital is truly outstanding. She is professional, compassionate, and takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Her knowledge and bedside manner made a stressful situation much more comfortable. Thibodaux Regional is lucky to have her—I highly recommend NP Stevenson to anyone seeking excellent care.
When I had a kidney stone and infection turn into sepsis, I received the highest quality of care in the Critical Care Unit at Thibodaux Regional. Very grateful for the medical professionals and staff who work tirelessly to save lives.
BE WARNED! Went to the “emergency” room with extreme upper abdominal pain. They took my blood pressure (which was done incorrectly and cut off circulation to my arm causing it to turn purple). Next I was sent back to the front waiting area where I was curled over in pain. Then I was told it was a 4 hour wait to get any help, so I left in pain. Now I get a bill for $500 for a blood pressure test and sitting in the waiting area chair for 30 minutes. Don’t come here for emergencies! Spend the extra time going to St. Anne or els... read more
