Office hours open - staff does not answer phone. Staff does not follow up on voicemails. Staff is short, unhelpful, and rude.
The staff is friendly and helpful. the Doctor is very friendly nice real knows what she doing, big beautiful smile true professional she's very busy two offices porterville @ Exeter but it worth the wait...
Very disappointing to be belittled and chased by the doctor while trying to end appointment. Very rude and condescending. I would not take my family nor friends here!
