The staff is friendly and helpful. the Doctor is very friendly nice real knows what she doing, big beautiful smile true professional she's very busy two offices porterville @ Exeter but it worth the wait...
Very disappointing to be belittled and chased by the doctor while trying to end appointment. Very rude and condescending. I would not take my family nor friends here!

The doctor isn't the problem. It's her staff. They NEVER answer the phone and we've left voicemails and no one ever calls back. Probably going to switch neurologists even if that means we have to drive to Fresno. Update: the Dr is also a problem now. She doesn't care about her patients. She's always resistant to fill out any kind of paperwork like if it's gonna come out of her paycheck or something. And her office STILL doesn't answer the phone or return phone calls.
