Dr Pham is one of the most personable, knowledgeable and easy to understand doctors I ever have experienced. She explained my problem, what needed done to correct it. This left me confident. She put me at ease prior to surgery and after surgery she explained everything to my wife and I in a way that made it very understandable. Although it was ankle surgery, I was able to get around the next day and my ankle even felt better than it did prior to the surgery in less than a day. Rude staff and rude doctor, I’ll never be back. If you choose to go here of your own free will I highly suggest doing otherwise. Go anywhere else

I will never go back to this office. The receptionist was very rude and called me a liar. I could hear everything they were saying because the door was open. Dr. Pham let her say things in a very rude manner when I was standing there at the counter. I shared a more detailed review on Dr. Pham and her staff under her practice in Sulphur Springs, Texas.

I dont recommend this doctor, very unprofessional and came in yelling because i discuss my concern with the care i was received through her. I seen her back in February and was told she was sending me to therapy through the hospital. I called the last week of march because i hadnt heard anything about my therapy. They hadnt put it in until I kept calling asking . The hospital even confirmed they had just put it in this month. She comes in yelling telling me she did put it in February and she cant help it takes a long time. N... read more
