I had a very positive experience with Dr. Thi D. Nguyen at Gravelly Lake Dentistry. Dr. Nguyen took the time to help me understand a cracked tooth I had and carefully explained my X-rays so I could see exactly what was going on. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything to me, and that I never felt rushed during the visit. Went there today for the first time for an extraction. The Dr was friendly and very gentle. The procedure was done in no time at all. I'd highly recommend.
Went and got my wisdom teeth removed and woke up in the process they were telling me that because I smoked weed in the past I was supposed to tell them and they’d give me extra they never asked if I did or didn’t it’s physically on my MyChart to anyone that needs to be aware they didn’t ask or anything when I tried to get up because it hurt they told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes and “I’m not risking my job to make you comfortable “ absolutely the worst dental work I’ve ever had done I do not recommend anyone here and if yo... read more
I had the best dental experience possible when Dr Nguyen extracted two of my teeth today. The whole procedure was done in a very short amount of time and he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Rhonda, the office manager, was so easy to talk to and very professional. My old dentist was 5 minutes away but I would rather drive the 30 minutes to go to Gravelly Lake Dentistry.
