They were very professional and respectful. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM, but they contacted me around 10:00 AM to ask if I was available for them to come earlier. I agreed, and they arrived promptly. They did an excellent job, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.
I was extremely happy with the carpet cleaning and thought the price was very fair. I only wish the guy who cleaned the carpet had shoe covers on his shoes (I did ask and he said there were none in his truck) and he should have replaced my sprinkler handle on the hose when he was finished using the hose for the carpet cleaning. Otherwise, I would use THH again.

They did a really good job cleaning. Even asked me to walk through to be sure I was happy! One drain was stained and she worked to get it clean! Very friendly and polite.
