I ran into Cedrick and he was very kind to stop in the middle of his own stretching in order to show me some stretches. I was feeling tight beforehand and by the end I felt everything moving freely. If you learn how to relax and breathe through the stretches you'll definitely feel more mobile and energized afterwards. And get ready for some good sleep 👍
