While clean and the people at the place were nice while I was there, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. These are the primary reasons: 1. The noise. This is close to the L train, but with so little noise insulation that you hear it all night long. Very hard to sleep. 2. They offer bottles of water to Hilton Honors members. What they hide in super fine print is that its only for certain tiers. 3. At the conference I was there for, the lights kept going out randomly throughout the day, both days. This place is incredible. Lobby, work area, restaurants are all immaculate. Roof on the wit (rooftop bar and restaurant) quite possibly the nicest place I’ve ever sat down in. The front desk support staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Valet was even good with timing although there is a small space and lots of traffic there. I stayed in a junior suite and loved every minute of it. I am a platinum member on Priceline (25+ stays a year) and I’m telling you right now this was the complete package.

Hotel was very nice, room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the AC in our room and they fixed it quickly. The location of the hotel was great for walking to different attractions downtown. Lots of food options around the hotel as well. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was good. Only downside was the hotel is right next to the train. The noise from the train could be loud at times. Especially in the morning.
