Good location but its hard to sleep with the noise coming from the street: mainly the train every passing right next to the hotel every 10 minutes until very late (and then again early in the morning) but also sirens. I have never been in a hotel with such a poor noise insulation. I cannot believe its a 4-stars hotel

Great location. The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful. I enjoyed having drinks and a meal there. The gym is huge with a lot of options. The room was fine not overly impressive as the rest of the hotel was. All in all a good place to stay!

A very modern hotel in the heart of Downtown Chicago with great rooms, phenomenal service, and in a great location, close to everything you might want to do. A bit tough to get a Lyft, Uber ride due to the crowded area. You'll just have to move a bit for your pick-up area. Very fast elevators, a 5-star Margherita pizza on the rooftop, and attentive staff in the lobby.

One of the worst experiences for the highest price I’ve ever had. Limited access to the rooftop during our stay booked out for a terrible afrobeat dj and a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. Why are we letting people reserve the entire outdoor rooftop of a hotel and still charging guests $500 per night? No room upgrades as a Diamond member. Inaccurate menus placed in the room for room service. The room was small for the price.
