I've purchased a couple vests so far from The Vest Guy and I'm very pleased with the quality and functionality of the vests I've ordered. My current go-to vest is the ANSI II Incident Commander vest, which I use while volunteering for Search and Rescue here in King County, Wa. The radio pouch is the perfect angle to keep the antenna away from my face. The front Velcro flapped pouches are great for holding pens and note pads, keys, etc. I've taken to using the space behind the Velcro pouches as a storage spot for my cell phon... read more

The Alaskan , is awesome . Very well made . Plenty of pockets to carry alot of gear , and your gear is easily accessible . My only regret is not getting it last year . I highly recommend the Alaskan .
