Jim Theuer helped me navigate my position being eliminated and the next steps/terms. He made the legalese understandable and was extremely supportive. This guy is a liar. He’s charging a fee to meet with people initially at which time he gives them false hope of taking their case. Later he reneges and tells you he cannot take your case after telling you gather all these documents. He’s padding his bank account with consultation fees.

Mr. Theuer recently represented me in a class action suit. He always found the time to promptly respond to all the plaintiffs in a timely manner. Throughout the process he kept everyone informed and was realistic and honest when discussing the case with the class. He was always prepared, professional and thorough when dealing with the court and defense attorneys. He is very experienced, and it showed.
