Here at Theta Wave Float Spa the main attraction is the Floatation Therapy. Basically its a large tub with 10-12 inches of water that has 1000 pounds of Epsom Salt dissolved in it. I just went for my first float yesterday, and I really can't put into words how amazing it was for me. I really needed some "me time" to clear my head and decompress, and the float was exactly what I needed. I can't wait to go again ☺

There are no words to describe how awesome and amazing this is. My one suggestion would be to try and get the 90 minute float, vs. the 60 minute. It's 4 days later and I'm still feeling the effects.

Loved my experience here. I went in not knowing what the Lucia light was. Had a lot of fun watching the patterns across my eyelids while listening to my own music. Definitely worth going in to check this awesome place out! Looking forward to returning!
Wow!!! We both spent some time at the Theta Wave Float Spa in Sebastopol and it was wonderful. Very relaxing. It really does take away the aches and pains. Then John experienced these colorful images while sitting under the light machine. He say's that it's incredible. John & Deb

Wonderful experience!! The Lucia light was like a massage for your brain. My anxiety was reduced and I left in a state of peace and joy feeling happier and more relaxed. Definately will return!!!!
