If ur stuck in a rut, and need a place that won't charge an arm and a leg to move in, this place def helps. The way the security deposit works def helps with move in costs. However this is a rundown apartment bought by a new company and being renovated. Things like brand new fixtures (fridge, stove, dishwasher- come with most units I believe. This place is very clean and taken cared of by the maintenance man Joe C. He is always on top of the property clean up.
