This place is a joke. When I was looking at this apartment to move in, it was completely demolished. I was told it was being renovated and it would be ready for me to move in in just a couple of days. I was fooled into signing a lease. When I signed the lease and got my Keys, is When I realized I moved into a complete nightmare. The sliding glass doors were installed backwards, so they weren't able to close or lock. I’ve been here for a year, I don’t want to talk to a stupid machine I want to talk to an actual person cause I don’t ever hear from anyone whenever I do leave messages thru the machine.

If ur stuck in a rut, and need a place that won't charge an arm and a leg to move in, this place def helps. The way the security deposit works def helps with move in costs. However this is a rundown apartment bought by a new company and being renovated. Things like brand new fixtures (fridge, stove, dishwasher- come with most units I believe. But the flooring was lazily layer over the old flooring, and can feel the flooring lift up. As well as no caulking in most places of the apartment. That would have been fine if the buil... read more
