The front caliper on my husband's 1979 C30 dump truck seizes when the brakes are applied. He tells me he replaced the caliper, and replaced portioning valve. Same issue. Replacing the flex line was the next step. Unfortunately, the original fitting from the flex line to the hard line was terribly stuck, hard to reach and quickly rounded.
