I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this office, especially after being a loyal patient for over a year. On the day of my appointment, there was a medical emergency on my street that blocked access, causing an unavoidable delay. I did everything a responsible patient should do—I first texted the office, then followed up with a phone call to inform them I would be approximately 10–15 minutes late. I have historically always had issues with procedures—whether it was things not fitting right or dealing with major swelling—but Dr. Taylor completely changed that experience for me. The office itself is beautiful, and the entire staff is incredibly kind. Dr. Taylor was so patient and explained every step of the process while she worked. I had a significant amount of work done, and this was easily the best experience I’ve ever had. I truly appreciate the care I received. Thank you for taking such great care of me!"
