I haven't been in the Cnc router world for very long, but we have a cs45 at my shop and, whenever I have a question involving ecabinets that I cannot figure out on my own, the tech guys at thermwood treat you like I am their only customer, and it is all about helping me and getting me on the right track. Their training courses are very in depth and informative and worth every penny! All in all I am very pleased with the product and follow up customer service.
I have a Thermwood C53 from 1997! Bought it at auction just over a year ago and it still works great. I am in the UK and you do not see many Thermwoods here but I would definitely think about buying a new one if the need ever arrived.
