I visited the retail store at the corporate headquarters in American Fork and it was great. Beautiful building inside. I was greeted warmly by a person at a desk to the right, who told me the store was right to my left and it was. Beautiful shop. All products displayed wonderfully and the gentleman who helped me very helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. There was an unexpected, wonderfully curated, selection of about 20 cookbooks, in addition to all the expected items. Absolutely top shelf experience.

RFX is so UNreliable! I’m writing the review I wish I would have seen before spending money on this product. The probes give very accurate temps. The problem is, every time I do a cook with them, they are almost guaranteed to go inactive, so I stop seeing temps in the app. Definitely they do NOT send signals when anywhere near foil of any type.
