Products are very frail and don't last. When you have an issue (you will have issues) they immediately blame you. I was told not to use water to clean my probes. I'm sorry, but if I cant clean my probes because they will stop working, I don't want them. Me using a sponge with dawn detergent was what they said damaged the probes. The truth is that their products are junk
The quality of the stuff they sell is horrible.
You remember when companies made good products, and were proud of them and stood behind what they made? Yeah. This is that kind of company. It's so refreshing to see this sort of quality in a product, while still managing reasonable pricing. Also, they sell replacement probes, for a reasonable price, because they recognize that these are something you need to sell as a normal part of such a product.
Thank you Thermoworks for the best turkey ever!! It’s so nice to deal with a company that not only provides exceptional products, but exceptionable and understandable advice. Not only do you tell us how to cook the turkey, but you also tell us how to carve it. It’s wonderful the whole thing to start to finish. Thank you for keeping my family safe, happy and very well fed !!!
