The best customer service I have experienced, I called in on a Saturday with an issue and got connected to Cory right away, he was quickly able to help me with everything I needed. I bought directly from their website and he was able to bring up my order based on the number I called. Don't hesitate to call the tech support
Amazing product. We returned our Meater and got this. Sooooooooo much better it's not even funny. And I am saying that even though, we were unlucky and had a dead probe in the box. As good as the product has been, the company is even better. Meater was a joke, Thermoworks was old school hospitality. Amazing product and even better company.
Easily one of the best companies I’ve worked with. First the grill temp (Signals) works exceptionally well. I can check the temp of my meat anywhere via their WiFi connection and control the temp of my grill. Recently in a meeting I checked and adjusted the temp of my grill to correspond with the meat temperature. The signals control is very very convenient and easy to set up. My daughter bought me a Extra Big and Loud Timer from Thermoworks because she got tired of seeing me burn batches of cookies because I could not hear the microwave or oven timer. It was absolutely a game changer. I could hear it when I was anywhere in the house and even outside gardening. I had it for over a year and half and used it many times a day.
