Product is great, but more importantly, the people and company are better. I have a Signals unit I bought to use for smoking and absolutely love it. Had an issue and they stepped up without reservation or finger-pointing. Just made it right. Period. They’ve earned a lifelong customer and advocate in me.
I would very highly recommend ThermoWorks products to anyone! After going through too many cheap meat thermometers that just fall apart, I bought one from ThermoWorks and I have never looked back. Not only do I still have that original meat thermometer that I bought 8 years ago (I was lucky if other brands lasted 8 months), but they also have a fantastic newsletter with cooking/grilling advice that truly has improved my cooking/grilling skills. Also their customer service is phenomenal!!
The Worst, I mean the Worst of all Company’s and Products let alone SERVICE, what a joke. I purchased a Therma Blue pen 4 years ago and downloaded the app, subsequently got a new phone, and low and behold the app disappears, “they don’t service it anymore”. Paid $250 - 300 for the pen and BOOM now it’s a paper weight. as far as I am concerned don’t purchase it OR ANY OTHER PRDUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY and if you did RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND UNLESS YOU WANT A VERY EXPENSIVE PAPER WEITHT.
