Wow what a pleasure to deal with Thermoworks. Their products are absolute high quality with extremely accurate measurements. I do not see the sense of measuring, if I can not trust the reading... What is more, is that their products are really fairly priced. Yeah its more expensive than they cheap thermometers online, but what is the use buying something that does not last, and where the tool has one job, but does not do that one job well... The best customer service I have experienced, I called in on a Saturday with an issue and got connected to Cory right away, he was quickly able to help me with everything I needed. I bought directly from their website and he was able to bring up my order based on the number I called. Don't hesitate to call the tech support
