Outstanding. I've had a thermapen for over 15 years and it is still going strong. When the cover got stuck on the battery, I reached out and they were quick to replace it for me. I have been a fan of ThermoWorks products for years. Their range of instant read thermometers has helped me in the kitchen for ages, and their timers are innovative and colorful. However, I had a recent experience that has made me a fan of the company like never before. I changed the battery on my Thermapen One to find that the plastic around the screw had broken away. Simply the best. I have owned my original Thermopen for nearly 20 years and it’s still going like new. Recently bought an RFX wireless unit. One of the probes had an issue and technical support has been outstanding. It’s the kind of thorough support I wish all companies had but few do.

Product is great, but more importantly, the people and company are better. I have a Signals unit I bought to use for smoking and absolutely love it. Had an issue and they stepped up without reservation or finger-pointing. Just made it right. Period. They’ve earned a lifelong customer and advocate in me.
