Chiles and Julian Bermudez went way beyond 5 stars in taking care of us today. This was our first contact with Thermotane and if this kind of service is typical Thermotane will be our supplier for life. Thank you gentlemen! They would not give up or go home until everything was perfect!

I had a gas leak. Jose from Thermotane Propane helped me on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He did a great job restoring my gas temporarily. He answered all my questions of my questions and addressed my concerns. He gave me guidance on fixing my gas permanently. He is a credit to the company. Thanks Jose!

STAY AWAY from this business, they are a bunch of greedy bullies, especially the so-called owner, who is a real JERK! I bought my house last year; it has a pool and a spa that is heated by a big propane tank. I "inherited" a lease contract the previous owner had with Thermotane Propane, which owned the propane tank and refilled it as needed. Beware of this company. We contracted with Thermotane of Central Florida (Sanford, FL) to install a propane tank for a fire pit and summer kitchen. They committed to an installation date that came and went without notification. After calling and only being able to speak to the rude operator, Thermotane showed up several weeks late, with an empty tank that took another month to get filled. I can't use the language here I would like to use to describe this establishment. I have been in the trades for 40 yrs., these guys are top tier in the loser category. It's the office that is terrible, the guys in the field are competent and do the best they can to fix what the office misses, schedules wrong, or doesn't schedule at all. Multiple times I received a call from one of the crews that they were in my driveway, where was I? The office had never called, texted, or emailed me to set up a time for work. Make sure to get everything in writing. Terrible experience with their customer service and billing. If I didn't already have $300 of propane sitting in the tank, I'd find a new company today. When the tank is empty, we're definitely going with a different company.

This is the worst customer service experience I have had in years. They installed my tankless water heater incorrectly which caused the gas company to come out and shut off the heater and advise it needed to be repaired before I could use it. That was 13 days ago and I still have no hot water and can't use my dryer or cook on my gas range. The part that needed replacing was received by Justin the sales guy last Thursday which I know because he told me. Thermotane did an install of a gas tank and lines for a hot tub for us December 2019 and have stood by that work. Mike is very patient and explains everything and answers questions and a Katie in the office has been helpful with billing questions.
