We have had one of the propane tanks for 11 years we hardly use it but every year the tank rental goes up i cant believe we are paying 299 if it still wasnt full it would be gone they are way over priced!!!
Does not disclose increases in gas and tank lease prices in advance. Price increases are significant. Will not remove their propane tank with over-priced gas when requested. Charges finance fees on invoices while they stall on the removal of the over-priced tank and gas prices that you are forced to use. Their tank lease and gas prices are above market competitors.
Chiles and Julian Bermudez went way beyond 5 stars in taking care of us today. This was our first contact with Thermotane and if this kind of service is typical Thermotane will be our supplier for life. Thank you gentlemen! They would not give up or go home until everything was perfect!
I had a gas leak. Jose from Thermotane Propane helped me on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He did a great job restoring my gas temporarily. He answered all my questions of my questions and addressed my concerns. He gave me guidance on fixing my gas permanently. He is a credit to the company. Thanks Jose!
