I emailed Mark a quote request with pictures. I received the quote and on a Thursday, by phone I booked the reglazing appointment for the following Tuesday. Mark said he would arrive between 10-11 the day of the appointment. I then texted Mark on Monday to confirm that he would also caulk after reglazing. On Tuesday, Mark never showed up. I called him at 11:30 and said if you are not on your way, we need to reschedule. Have used Thermoglaze on 3 separate properties now. Technicians have always arrived on time time, treated the property with respect, excellent workmanship, and thorough cleanup (unlike some contractors..). Highly recommend.
