This review is for pricing only. They're prices are out of the stratosphere. I got a price of close to 40k for central AC in a 1700sq ft house. This is for the lower end Mitsubishi, not the hyper heat ones. I have a house upstate that is 1000sq ft larger and I got it done for 26k and that was with the hyper heat Mitsubishi units. Ultimately I got a bunch of realistic quotes of 15-20k from several other companies. Do yourself a favor and get installation prices elsewhere
The team was very responsive and came on site quickly to provide a quote and to schedule the install of two new HVAC units. The install team and post-install experience was just okay. They installed the power line against the unit (totally avoidable), to their credit had someone come out the next day to fix it. They also fixed a fuse that broke on the day of the install in another unit. had a pair of furnace, a/c coil, outdoor unit changed. overall i hope its a good work done but i wouldnt know that as a consumer. just like any other companies, big guys come in the beginning, and their junior staffs come and do all. when junior staffs were finished, no one came to check their work but was told by them that tubes that comes off the furnaces need to be insulated and left plus with heated air leaking thru galvanized pipes.
