Take your money and run. Don’t use this company. Had a person come out for diagnosis and they were supposed to give me a quote for the work. Never did after multiple calls and being told they would get it out right away. Over a month still nothing. I called them again telling them forfeit it I want a refund and they said they don’t give refund. Extremely rude saying I had to have someone come out and didn’t care that nothing was done afterwards. The manager was dismissive and rude and wouldn’t give his name. People like them... read more

I called with an emergency, and Josselyn immediately sent a technician out to help. She was very responsive and made sure everything was handled quickly—great customer service from the entire Thermodynamix team!
