THEYRE ARE USELESS! Their phone number works but absolutely zero people that actually work there. Sales, tech support product update. Nothing nada nobody is home
I can't say enough good about my experience with this seller. Even though the unit arrived damaged due to a problem with the shipper, Thermocore responded promptly and offered a fair and equitable solution. Thanks to Lori and Shawn for taking the time and effort to make this happen.
Recently Ordered and installed 18k Mini Split system i received from this Seller. Mini split was packaged well, instructions (while not required) were well written and easy to understand, will order from seller again when needed
Better than expected for the price and quality of the Thermocore AC split system. Shipping is quick and reliable. There is no problem with delivery, and the system is running very quietly & smoothly. We are very happy with our purchase and great customer service from Thermocore. Thank you for your business in Ebay...
