Very good with just a very minor glitch at the start. Jeff and his team did a great job on diagnosing apu issues. We ordered parts on Friday they showed up on Monday as promised and they completed the job that afternoon. Everything worked (apu) kept me cool through out the night. Great job fellows and special props to Bill who worked his tail off in the 100 plus degree temperature of Kingman AZ in August. Thanks again Robert Blackhawk Transport

Great shop, Bill got me in and out in no time. Came in under load running 34 continuous with a bad oil leak caused by a faulty seal on the unit's oil filter. They got to me immediately, got it fixed and found a separate leak from a plug not being properly thread sealed that wasn't visible until the filter leak was stopped. Had it done quick enough my unit wasn't off enough to go out of temp spec.
I made an appointment online through the website, via the link on google maps. Upon arrival, I was informed they don’t honor that appointment system. Also, that they didn’t have the parts to fix an APU alternator or get me in for primary maintenance. Don’t be like me here. You most likely should call ahead and speak with someone. Otherwise, they seem friendly enough and reportedly do quality work.
