I took my truck in twice for APU work. Both times the A/C was part of the work. Both times John told me that the value that they hook up to was leaking freon. They didn't fix the leak or any of the other problems either time, but they da-n sure charged me for it. When I told Mack, the general manager, that I would never be back and why, he said that they would make it right. Own a 53' dry van, forklift had tore a 8" gash in sidewall. Had another shop do a "hack" repair, unhappy. Called Thermo King, Quincy. Got me right in, did very good job, for a very fair price. Highly recommend this shop 4 Any trailer repairs. John & entire team....Thank You!!
I, stupidly, ran my refer out of fuel. Another Thermo King said it'd be the next day. But the service manager in Quincy had me started in 10 minutes and didn't even charge me
