I took my truck in twice for APU work. Both times the A/C was part of the work. Both times John told me that the value that they hook up to was leaking freon. They didn't fix the leak or any of the other problems either time, but they da-n sure charged me for it. When I told Mack, the general manager, that I would never be back and why, he said that they would make it right. I sent him the details of all of the problems from the Las Vegas Thermoking bill and he said that they would figure something out, haven't heard anythin... read more
