They did a great job thanks to the amazing staff!!
This place has gone way downhill. The quality of work doesn’t justify the high prices they’re charging for parts and labor. On top of that, they add hidden charges like “technology fees” and “shop supplies” to nearly every invoice, which only drives the cost up even more. The shop itself is dirty, disorganized, and cluttered with junk. They also don’t appear to have all the proper tools and diagnostic equipment needed to work on reefer units, which raises concerns about the quality of repairs. Good experience ever, they are friendly and professional.
I am very disappointed with this repair shop. They charged me a lot of money and did not fix the problem at all. They wasted my time and took my money without providing any real service. In my experience, they were dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
