Didn't have to wait weeks fast service
i had complicated confusing tripac wiring issues...i gave bill a call at 8:00 on the dot, and he said come right in. he was short on mechanics and had other stuff to do, but he spent three hours on my unit and got me taken care of. most importantly his ATTITUDE WAS GREAT. im pretty easy to get along with and it always surprises me how many of these thermo king and freightliner dealers freak out on me if my problem is complicated. thanks bill for the skill and attitude
