Thank you for taking care of my reefer.
I went in to have oil added. Just oil cost almost $400! $300 just for labor to add oil! Diagnostics that were not applicable due to alarm saying "low engine oil" and me saying as much. Then they were goito charge me for more Diagnostics without even asking! Luckily I checked on the status of just adding oil, and stopped them from doing anything else unauthorized! I was told my APU needed a new blower they replaced it started the truck up pulled outside the gate tested it and it did not work and they closed this is the second time I've been here same thing before it take all day and then I have to come back I'm going to be looking somewhere else
This place is absolutely amazing! They will get you in and out! definitely recommend coming here!
I'll change my review once they're getting better. I called right on 4pm Khai picked up the phone, he said my computer just booting so I put you on hold, I said okay, after couple sec another guy picked the phone, I told 2nd guy I'm waiting on Khai, he said Khai just left at 4pm. Why he lie? Unprofectnal
