I'll change my review once they're getting better. I called right on 4pm Khai picked up the phone, he said my computer just booting so I put you on hold, I said okay, after couple sec another guy picked the phone, I told 2nd guy I'm waiting on Khai, he said Khai just left at 4pm. Why he lie? Unprofectnal

They didn't fix the problem. They charged me $1000 for nothing. They wasted my whole day. A complete scam.
The refrigeration issue I had on my trailer did not get resolved..same issue started again with refrigerator computer flagging code and shutting down refrigerator motor.had to request service near Indianapolis at the thermo king where they actually did break down fuel pump And flushed to prevent diesel gellin the components and cause of reactivation of sensors..thank you thermo king for doing correct procedures and having to make emergency call for my services
