Thrmo king of Pittsburgh are out heroes, my tk keeps shutting off , and one tech had a call , but the tech called a another tech to help since there was 1 person ahead , and they knew our load was super sensitive 🥺, and they fixed it lickety split 🙂, very friendly super duper awesome , will recommend this to anyone , also to my fellow fedex custom Critical drivers, thank you again TK tech Chuck and TK techTyler ,ya'll are super heroes 🫶🫶thank you so much 5 thumbs skyward 👍 👍👍👍👍

I was backing in at door my trailer hit the top of the building. My trailer is 13’6 which is standard height. I was told I would not be held liable. Then they requested my insurance information and put a claim on my insurance. They told me most of the trailers that they get in there are loaded. I was empty and also an employee of theirs was instructing me well I was backing up in the door. When I asked what the height of their door was they did not know.
