I had a great experience at this Thermo King shop. The team is very professional and respectful, and they really take good care of their customers. They even have a driver lounge, which makes the wait so much more comfortable. Isaac at customer service is outstanding—very professional and genuinely helpful. We need more people like him in this industry. Excellent 5-star 🌟 service all around!
My experience was not good, I took my truck 2 months ago to make a PM of my APU term king, it was done but it didn't work, they said I had to make a diagnosis to see what was happening to me, they said it would be an RPM sensor, and that in two to three weeks the sensor would arrive. I left the whole service paid 940 dollars, a month passed and a week I went back there they said it hadn't arrived yet! I recently have had outside carriers back into two different ThermoKing units causing thousands of dollars in damage and down time.
